Purchasers must check all goods thoroughly on delivery and report any condition issues in writing within 48 hours. Damage claims must be supported by photos provided within 7 days of purchase. Returns are only accepted for items that are unassembled, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an authorized return note from the sales office. The company is not liable for damage occurring during transit via Direct Home Delivery (DHD) or a trader’s own carrier.
You must email or WhatsApp clear pictures to 07539309464 showing: 1) the damaged box (both close-up and far away), 2) the damaged product (both close-up and far away), and 3) the item's sticker and full view. You must also fill out and send a Return Form along with these images.
Once your return has been approved, you must re-pack the item and keep it ready for collection. Items will only be collected if they are in their original packaging and have not been assembled.
7 Star Furniture will collect the items or perform an exchange on your next scheduled delivery.
The products will be inspected upon their arrival back at the facility. Credits or exchanges towards your next order will only be issued once the Quality Assurance staff has officially approved the inspection.
