Q.1 Why we can't see the Prices?

This website is strictly trade only accounts , If you own a Furniture retail stores/online, restaurants/cafe, interior designer or large scale home developments then Contact our sales team or fill in out account form , once approved you will get notification to access our trade prices.

If your not approved then we can redirect you to your local Furniture Retailer. Alternatively you can also purchase/search under our brand name on amazon or eBay.

Q.2 What is DHD policy?

Direct Home Delivery Service 7Star are not liable for any loss or miss-delivery, missed or damage to any goods occasioned during transit by DHD courier's.

Q.3 What are DHD shipping charges ?

The Carrier charges depend on the weight of the product where quote will be given by our sales team at the time of delivery.

Q.4 What to do if the items part missing from order?

The Purchaser must ensure to check goods on delivery and in good condition. Any missing part or damage to be reported in writing within 3 working days.

Q.5 What is the estimated delivery time?

All deliveries are booked in by telephone 1-3 days in advance.

Q.6 What will happen if I miss the delivery ?

If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery due to agreed method of payment is not ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum refused delivery charge of £50.

Q.7 Can I get fast delivery option?

Yes, Please speak to member of staff to get fast delivery related enquiries.

Q.8 How long is guarantee on goods?

The guarantee period is 1 year for manufacturing defect from the date of purchase. A free replacement part will be offered if not in original packaging.

Q.9 What if I am not happy with purchase and want to return goods?

You can return goods within 28 days from the date of purchase, providing in original packaging.
